Very satisfied with our recent rental for our road trip out East. Safa was wonderful to deal with. She was extremely professional, courteous and friendly too. A great experience all around. Thankyou Safa and other staff for your dedication in your job here.
Booked large size premium SUV having 7 bags luggage space. Got SUV which had only 27.1 cubic feet space to fit 3-4 begs without folding seats. To save thousand of dollars trip i ended up folding/sacrificing 2 seats, the whole purpose to book large vehicle and paid a lot extra had been dead. On top of that vehicle had brakes issues, whole body shakes when i apply brakes on the highway. Really disappointed.
