Such a pathetic customer service. I have never seen in my whole life dealing customer like this. The manager crossed all the lines and said get out of the office even though we have online booking. But they just ignored and yelled at us to get out … Pathetic and worst
had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. My friend had a car reservation, but when we arrived, we were told there were no cars available. No explanation or attempt to resolve the situation was provided. What made things worse was the attitude of the staff. The attendant was rude and unhelpful, and when we asked to speak with a manager, the situation escalated further. The staff at Brandon Manitoba, location, real really know how to treat their customers. They are brilliant.
Have rented from enterprise many times and I am never disappointed with their great customer service highly recommended. My last rental was in Brandon Manitoba first Street.
