Hamilton airport is a great place to rent a car - small airport - only minutes to get checked in and I was not charged more for an upgraded car. Only suggestion - please offer EVs for rent
Recently rented a vehicle for 10 days from the Hamilton Airport location. Arrived around midnight (late flight) and was warmly greeted and given a free upgrade to a Hybrid Toyota Camry! Loved it! Super gas mileage as well. Will rent from here again.
Easy peesy pick up and drop off just outside the main doors. Hours are limited but good selection.
I thought the rental itself was great — the car was clean, the terms were fair, and booking through Expedia was smooth. Unfortunately, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. When we arrived to pick up the car, the representative didn’t greet us or even look up. He seemed irritated and disengaged. I eventually asked how his day was going, and he replied that it wasn’t going well because he wasn’t supposed to be working at that time — that our 4:30 p.m. pickup meant he had to come in early.
