Friendly and helpful staff Clean vehicle
I have found the staff friendly and accommodating. The choice of vehicles has been good, except this last one. The Nissan Versa is not a nice riding vehicle. It is cramped, especially if one isn't a skinny mini. You also feel every bump and blemish in the road, not a nice ride. This however is a Nissan problem and not reflective on Enterprise in any way.

Good experience all around. I've rented from Enterprise several times and haven't had any significant issues with the vehicle or with the online booking. Staff are quite friendly!
