Je suis venu hier, juste après la cliente fâché, Sabrina Martineau, j'étais juste derrière elle et honnêtement je sais pas c’est quoi le problème qu’elle a eu, mais elle criait littéralement après la commis qui fut tres genre TRES patiente. J’ai été bien servi malgré la cliente qui a créer le chaos dans le magasin en tentant de payer avec une carte de credit qui n’était pas à son nom.
Service très médiocre. L’employé a mis une heure de prise en charge erronée. J’ai dû attendre plus de 40 minutes pour finalement retourner au comptoir pour qu’ils commencent les démarches pour une voiture. J’ai dû attendre 1h20 au total avec un bébé. Aucune accommodation pour le mode de paiement (voiture vandalisée et remorquée, aucun accès à ma carte de crédit). Pendant que j’attendais, j’ai pu voir au moins 3 clients insatisfaits en plus de faire attendre au moins 6 personnes derrière moi sans leur dire bonjour. Très très ... read more
