Good service and pricing. Setup the rental online through Costco. Will do it again if needed
Hassle free, friendly service. We always go to Enterprise in Welland for our rental car. The car was fabulous and the team there are terrific!
The service personnel were friendly and professional.No issues. The car(Nissan Rouge)was probably the most uncomfortable seat(Driver)I have ever sat on.Other than that the car was clean and issue free.
This location in Welland was just a bad experience. They promised me a high end vehicle specific brand and I didn't receive that. They said they would swap it out when one came in. I returned the next day for the swap out. The new vehicle wreaked so bad of smoke and had ashes between the drivers seat. I couldn't take the car due to the overwhelming bad smell.
