If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I had an appointment at sick kids hospital in toronto for my autistic son on September 15th. We went to rent a vehicle to get us there. My mom's husband is the licensed driver, and my mom was using her card online to make the payment. The payment came out got a confirmation email and everything but when we went to pick up the car they refused to give it to us because the names on the license and credit card didn't match.
