I only rented for a day but the service was fantastic and Sandra was amazing to deal with. Highly recommend!
We required an emergency rental as our truck transmission failed in Parry Sound. Needed a one way rental to the Niagara Area. We were told ,from the 800 number that the local Enterprise had a truck available immediately. Once we got to the local Enterprise we were told there were absolutely no vehicles available. We were told this happens very frequently when booking through head office. There is a massive miscommunication between head office and the local rental. This needs to be corrected!!! BIG FAIL ENTERPRISE!!!!🤬
Easy to reserve on line, easy to get to, great service, clean car, wow! Will be renting again from this Enterprise
