My boyfriend required a van or large SUV to get his Mother to an unexpected doctor's appointment. She is 87 and has mobility issues so the van is perfect for height. I know we didn't pre book, went in on Monday morning at opening and got something. Im greatful for having a ride, but the van was discussing!
