Very helpful and friendly staff!
I've probably rented 5x now from Enterprise in as many months. Each location, across three different provinces, has given great service and a quality, comfortable and practical vehicle.
As my first time having a rental car it was a smooth and painless process. The staff member who handled everything was very kind and professional and willing to explain not only what I was signing but reassured me that all previous damage to the car was already recorded. He was a delight to work with.
Reserved a rental to learn there's nothing available. Now I'm stranded in New Glasgow with no way home. Trash Update: It's now almost 8 hours after I posted this and I'm still stranded in New Glasgow with no way home and these ignorant idiots want me to email their customer service line to complete a survey or something. I'm absolutely livid!!!!
