This is my first experience with this location. It hasnt been very successful. There is alot of issue's and work is needed to improve service.

Great personal service from agency staff. Unlimited mileage is a big plus.
Terrible customer service. Multiple points of failure. Would not recommend under any circumstance. This is not a full retail location. It is a drop off location for the office in brockville. I booked a car three weeks in advance. I showed up at the appointment time, but they brought the wrong vehicle. The rep suggested I call Enterprise 1-800 to get the right vehicle delivered.
