I don't usually rent with Enterprise (because of another company's loyalty program) but I just might start! The staff at the Stratford location was really friendly and helpful. The location is easy to get to (we actually walked from downtown, which is less than 30 minutes walk). They had a good selection of cars and could accomodate the one-way rental that we needed.
After being in an accident, I was very pleased with how quickly and professionally we were set up with a rental car. It was very well maintained and freshly cleaned. On top of that, a call a couple of days later to see how I was feeling and to see if I needed anything. Not a lot of companies do this.
Will not give you the vehicle size you book. They will always let you attempt to reserve it but when you show up and they walk you out to inspect the vehicle, it will be the smallest cheapest one possible
I was completely satisfied with my rental experience. However, I found Carson to be an absolutely exceptional individual at the Stratford location when it came to customer service. I hope I get to deal with him again!
