Great staff
The van was quite dirty on the outside so we took it through a car wash. As well we cleaned the inside and outside of the windows. The mirrors were dirty enough that we had to clean them as well as we could hardly see behind us Also a noticeable shimmy in the steering once you drive at 100 km or higher The Stratford office is usually quite good, especially Emma, who was quite empathetic and tried to address our concerns.
Had a small technical issue with car i rented, they swapped it out and told me bring car back with half a tank sorry for inconvenience. I got the car with a full tank BTW. Pretty awesome! Follow up I’ve rented here on several occasions they do not disappoint! Very happy customer!
Rented with enterprise in England exclusively and always had amazing experience. First time renting with Stratford enterprise and I am Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Also they double charged me on my prepaid travel credit card which caused a whole lot of issues. The gentleman who served me was not friendly either. I have asked to speak with someone regarding my experience but no one has bothered to reach back out to me.
Excellent experience, simple and straight forward. I suddenly needed my rental a day early and they had my car ready within an hour! I will definitely rent from the Stratford office again.
