Rented with enterprise in England exclusively and always had amazing experience. First time renting with Stratford enterprise and I am Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Also they double charged me on my prepaid travel credit card which caused a whole lot of issues. The gentleman who served me was not friendly either. I have asked to speak with someone regarding my experience but no one has bothered to reach back out to me.
Excellent experience, simple and straight forward. I suddenly needed my rental a day early and they had my car ready within an hour! I will definitely rent from the Stratford office again.
Surprisingly good customer service. The regional manager happened to be there when I was returning my vehicle, and he asked if there was any issues with the rental. I had a minor complaint about the vehicle I was assigned, and he went out of his way to make it right. Impressive! Also, an important note, the website says there isn't an after hours key dropbox, but there is at this location!
Very very smooth process all round.
