Mo provided awful customer service, made a reservation for specific class of vehicle and the branch was unable to provide this class. He argued the vehicle provided was “similar” despite it being listed on the website as a different category entirely. He still attempted to charge me for the original reservation price even after downgrading to a lower class. Canceled reservation on the spot and went elsewhere.
Moe was professional and very helpful.
This rental company's staff are superstars! I had a realy great experience bringing a car across the border on a one-way rental last minute with switching cars at airports and making reservations based on snow storms. They were so helpful and made sure I made it home safely. Thank you so, so much. A special shout-out to Daniel from the downtown Knoxville, Tennessee location. You were amazing.
