The representative we worked with, Moe Chams, in Strathroy Ontario went above and beyond to make our experience stress free, even proactively contacting our insurance company to extend our coverage for two days. He is courteous, friendly and competent.

I have rented 2 cars from Strathroy Enterprise over the last month. Both experiences have been great. Customer service is good, I've dealt with the manager both times and had great experiences.

I’ve rented with enterprise a lot over the years, it’s the only chain I usually deal with. The customer service at this location is awful lately….. I’m use to the first class service that the cities give you, I guess strathroy doesn’t have to give good customer service because they are a Monopoly out here. I would highly recommend going to London or using a different company rather than using the Strathroy branch. Not happy with the service here. Dealer sent us for a warranty rental and was advised all was good. Wife was then driven into london where they had nothing but a truck she wasnt comfortable driving in. Ultimately the dealer picked her up to bring her back to town. Enterprise was advised of my wife's time crunch and at no point did they action anything to ensure a smooth process.
