Brendan was a pleasure to deal with, especially after calling the main line to pick up vehicle a day earlier. Which I suspected he’d have no clue that I was promised a vehicle and on the way there. Indeed he had not a clue and it was on a weekend to boot. When he said he didn’t have a vehicle atm he did more then his due diligence to get a similar vehicle for us within an hour that met our needs. A big shout out to Andrew of Enterprise in Cranbrook BC. I recently needed a car rental while my vehicle was in for repairs. Andrew was very efficient and conducted himself in a very professional manner. Handling the entire transaction very efficiently.
Super great service from Brendan, Even gave me a lift over to the Ford dealership to pick up my truck. Will definitely use Cranbrook enterprise again if needed.
