I just had a very good experience here, can’t tap my card, also forgot my credit card pin, the sole staff there today even managed to drop me off to the nearby TD bank to reset my pin and again pick me up to settle my rental. I feel supported.
First time renting a vehicle. The rental team at both the pick up and drop off points were very professional The process was very smooth. My questions were answered. I felt supported. Will definitely choose enterprise rentals if I need a vehicle rental in the future. I highly recommend.

Go to rent a car through warranty, this location DOES NOT accept cash or debit deposits, really gets the hopes up for the customer, I used Enterprise in Alberta for over 7 years i get there are policies, and they're different in every location. Cranbrook, but because the manager is refusing to call me to work around this , policy or not, requesting to speak with the manager the customer service agent is texting , still was told to wait til Monday, i don't have a booking number as it was through an warranty while my friends c... read more
