The customer service is incredible. You feel like a friend or family member "borrowing" a car rather than a stranger / customer renting a car. The folks are not only incredibly supportive and informative about the process and the vehicle, they also appear genuinely interested in you. They go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience regardless of what else might be going on! I will never rent a car from any other service regardless!
Easy pickup and drop service, friendly staff, great experience.
I had to rent a car quite last minute, and this location was great. I called ahead with a few questions that they were able to answer, and both the pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle was fast and easy, with helpful and kind employees. The car was also great (very clean, new, and drove well) and was reasonably priced. Plus, it had truly excellent AC on the 30C+ day, lol. I'd absolutely use this location again.
Always go over and beyond to make sure everything is good to go. Great to communicate with, and answers questions without leaving you guessing. Highly recommend!
