Rented for the first time in Canada with Enterprise. I was not sure about the additional charges and any other hidden fees. Book it!!
Have had to rent cars from them for the past 2 months. Never ever has one of my calls been answered. I get put on hold with that ridiculous prompt so long. I just have to hang up and drive to the office in person every single time.
Not all Enterprise car rental locations are equal. The smaller City Buick staff of one cares about you as a person and not just another number. Ali knows his cars too.
