I made a reservation online with Enterprise and clearly stated over the phone that I would be paying by debit card. I was told “no problem” – everything was confirmed. I even called the location directly to double-check and was once again told it was fine. But when I arrived at the branch, I ended up sitting around for over an hour, only to be told they couldn’t rent to me after all because I was using a debit card. Complete waste of time. The worst enterprise of the lot. Hidden inside car showroom. Delayed pickups, poor cars that are unclean. Would never go back.
They rented me a Ford Escape which leaks. Tried calling them. Not only did they put me on hold for 35 minutes they disconnected my call. When renting they didn't inform me that it's a 6 cylinder. God knows how much I need to pay for gas. Now today is 3 days after my above review which was originally 1 star. Returning the car I shared my concern with Fahmid - the manager assistant. Fahmid did his best to make up for the problem. Now I give Fahmid a 5 star and the company a 4.
