This location is the worst ever i had a car booked thro the phone i go there they tell me they don’t have any car for me i wasted my money and time to get there and what i get is a worker there telling me to shut up and that i won’t get what i want with a happy smile on his face

I had an accident and waited 3 days to get a rental. I can understand an influx with the amount of accidents happening; however the vehicle I was given does not have working or adjustable heat. The wind shield wipers are old and bowed and don't touch the glass. I phoned Enterprise to see what could be rectified and I was told to take the car to the mechanic for them to see if they can fix it.

Arun took the time to explain everything clearly, made the pickup smooth and stress-free, and ensured I got the right vehicle for my needs. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend asking for Arun if you’re renting from Enterprise—he’s fantastic!
