I am very satisfied with the service I received from Enterprise. In particular, the branch manager, Ms. Sarnia, was extremely friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. Her professionalism and kindness made a real difference. This branch is exceptionally good and truly stands out compared to others.

This is the third time I’ve picked up a car from this location, and every time I’ve had to wait at least 40 minutes. They only start cleaning the car at my pickup time, which ends up with me waiting. Not once has the process been quick.
