This branch of Enterprise is fantastic. Very helpful staff. The branch manager is truly a kind person and very efficient. I’ve rented several vehicles from them with each experience a pleasure. I will continue to choose this location as my go to.
I love renting front Hyde Park! Sonia is amazing and always makes sure to take care of customers. She is legit amazing and the whole team has been such a helping hand. By far the best enterprise I've been.
Booked a large SUV 5 months ago. Morning of our trip they tell us they have none and the only option is a mini van. Size wise that doesn’t work. Called budget and they have one on the spot. I also called three times prior to the trip to confirm. Absolutely horrible experience right before a trip.
