Great service from the local Timmins office when ever I call for a rental and always met with a friendly smile and pleasant staff. Keep up the great service Tanner and staff.
Unprofessional quick last minute cancelation of my week long booking of car rental done two days prior.I had got it confirmed twice to make sure I was covered in town for commute to work. Left me stranded with no solution at the last minute!!
No recommended Reservation online went through and it was canceled without notification. When to the office to pick up my car and that was the surprise “we do not cars” My husband book again and it went through and it was canceled again. I ended paying $1990 with a taxi from Timmins to London because of enterprise lack of reliable car inventory and awful customer service The financial damage that Enterprises business cause to me was immense. Proceed with cautious with this company
I booked a car two weeks in advance, and when I arrived, Alfred offered me three options. He even grabbed the keys and took us out to show the SUVs so we could choose what worked best for us. During our trip, we got hit by a snowstorm. I informed Alfred, and he was really helpful in guiding us through it. The service from Enterprise in Timmins was extraordinary especially from Alfred.
