Great service and prices!
Twice now I have booked a vehicle days in advance, only to get a call an hour before I was supposed to pickup, telling me they have no vehicles period. Customer service sucks!! Go somewhere else to rent because this place WILL leave you hanging.
exteremly frustrating to deal with them. was told our rental was booked by insurance, then it wasn’t ready and was told to come back the following day at 8:30. we showed up at 8:20, however someone didn’t show until 9. then they proceeded to tell us that the worker that was to come talk to us had lost the keys to the building and they were being driven to ottawa. currently sitting and waiting for the person to give us our rental still, however this was absolutely ridiculous. update: luckily they’ve given us a rental however ... read more
