Very friendly, fast , service. Only reason not a 5 star was because I had to visit the office and the office was closed during office hours.
My car rental with Enterprise car rental got impounded before it got to me, but all the staff busted their tails to get me another car asap. I got mine back on time lol
I highly commend this Enterprise location for their incredible service. I rented a vehicle from Toronto, and drove it to Ottawa. When I left Ottawa on July 29th about 45 mins on my drive toward North Bay, one of the tires started making a very loud thumping sound, and I could also feel it vibrating the entire vehicle while going 90+ kmh - suspect it was a belt separation in the tire.
