I highly commend this Enterprise location for their incredible service. I rented a vehicle from Toronto, and drove it to Ottawa. When I left Ottawa on July 29th about 45 mins on my drive toward North Bay, one of the tires started making a very loud thumping sound, and I could also feel it vibrating the entire vehicle while going 90+ kmh - suspect it was a belt separation in the tire. Great service and prices!
Twice now I have booked a vehicle days in advance, only to get a call an hour before I was supposed to pickup, telling me they have no vehicles period. Customer service sucks!! Go somewhere else to rent because this place WILL leave you hanging.
