Not even 1 star. To start, I had a 9 AM appointment to meet them for my rental car. I booked it for 9 AM as I work for 9:30. There was also another customer waiting as well. So to confirm they should have been there for 9 AM with 2 rentals. One lady shows up with 1 rental car , 25 minutes late. It’s not even my rental .. but she offers to take my security deposit.
