There were circumstances beyond my control that had to extend the rental. Candace was super understanding and professional. However, can’t say the same in dealing with Kevin in Thunder Bay, found him rude and threatening. I was only in this position because the insurance company dragged their feet, lost a cheque, reissued in wrong name and it was already a stressful situation. Great experience with Enterprise Car Rental. The staff was professional and helpful, especially Candace. She was outstanding and went above and beyond by giving me a ride after I returned the car. Really appreciated her kindness and support. Highly recommend this location.
