Absolutely horrified. Not even sure how it is legal to rent out vehicle that are unsafe for the road conditions and climate renting them in. No snow tires on an AWD vehicle in Northwestern Ontario. Put our entire family at risk driving something like that. It was all over the road on bare roads. Just asking for a law suit. The entire experience was absolutely mortifying start to finish.
