If u deal with the Simcoe location ask for Tanner...he made everything super easy and stress free...I rented for 17 days...the vehicle was also great...only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the lady that works at this location was beyond rude from start to finish with myself as well as other customers that I overheard...when picking up and dropping of the car... So again if u visit this location...ask for Tanner and I'm certain everything will b smooth for u
