I had a really bad experience at this Enterprise location, mainly with the management, specifically Darshan Harjani. TL;DR: My Story of Incompetence by Darshan Harjani (Manager) and His Team I booked a car from this location through Booking.com because I found a good deal. I know booking an Enterprise car through Booking.com isn't always recommended, and the employees at the Enterprise location pointed that out. It's a lesson learned. Smooth efficient pickup and drop off. Very courteous and professional staff.
This was my first experience to rent a car from Enterprise and I was extremely disappointed! I filled all the form online, and in fact received email confirmation with messages. The moment I dropped by their office, they simply said we didn’t receive the booking. I showed the staff my email confirmation and messages, he was rude and didn’t even apologize. He was simply like “I don’t have a car as you can see” He didn’t even try to see what went wrong! Such a disappointing experience!
