I needed a car while mine was being repaired. These guys were right on top of it. They arranged a great car, clean with low mileage. They called me several times to check on my satisfaction and we're always professional and courteous. Thank you Enterprise!
This enterprise branch is run by incompetent staff who make excuses. I called for scheduling a pick up days ago and set a date to pick up my rental, then when I showed up they told me they gave my rental away and there was no reservation. So being the understanding person I am, I schedule a vehicle pick up for the next day. Today I show up and they tell me there are no vehicles available and whoever I spoke to in scheduling my rental, "can't see what cars we have avalaible at our branch." I have rented from this location many times because there are no other choice within 100 miles of Brownwood. The staff here are rude and treat the customer as if they are asking them for a favor. This last rental, as usual I ,was rented a car that had the check engine light on and was getting ready to drive 2000 miles but I dare not say anything because it would be no car for me if I complained. I always get a dirty car with no fuel and they always charge for 4 gallons anyway even when you return the car full of fuel.The lad... read more
