Our plane arrived late,11:30pm. It was after closing hours but E. Currie the enterprise rep stayed until everyone was served. The car was clean and we had no issues. When we returned the car, it was quick and painless. I will use them again. Keep up the good work.
I have rented from this location over 20 times in the last year. I have never had a problem. The cars are always readily available and the counter attendants are always pleasant and helpful.
I reserved a large SUV for our trip to Florida, 2 months ahead of the trip. The day I went to pick it up they had no cars available and we were leaving in an hour. Bailey Goebel did her best to right the situation, but this is totally unacceptable. It will be a long time before I use or trust Enterprise again.
