Our car rental experience was amazing! They were 100% professional and we got the best rates and service. We had approached other rental agencies in sault as well, but none had a welcoming experience like enterprise. Jacob was really patient and helpful in clearing our doubts and explaining everything. Their afterhour service was also helpful since not everyplace has that. We were able to drop off even during a holiday midnight. If anyone is wondering which agency to choose, enterprise was top notch for us. Big thanks!

I typically don't put bad reviews up. I feel the need to do so this time, and recount my whole experience so the reader can determine whether this is fair practice or not. I also don't totally equate my bad experience to this branch as a whole, but the corporation itself. My vehicle broke down in Wawa Ontario. About 2 hours away. I booked a car through Expedia, from enterprise and enterprise will not honour the price Expedia quoted, and wanted another extra $100 added to the price. Very disappointed in enterprise.
