The Great Northern Road Sault Ste Marie location was amazing. The gentleman that helped us made sure the vehicle fit our needs, made sure we were informed and made sure the entire process was simple. If we ever need a rental again or know anyone that needs one, we will be using or referring to them.
Plan to review vehicle features and basic operation ahead of rental and thereby be able to ask clarification questions when picking up vehicle.
Absolutely the worst rental car company I’ve ever dealt with. They cancelled my confirmed booking at the last minute without even trying to help or explain properly. because of their useless service, my entire plan got messed up. This company is completely unreliable, careless, and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or trust them — they’ll leave you stranded when you need them the most. Pathetic experience.
Cars are always very clean. On this last rental, the first car we had was uncomfortable and we were going on a two week vacation. They didn't hesitate to get us into a more comfortable car. Great service.
Waited on call from 4 15 to 5. Thanks for nothing. Useless company.
