It was a sunny Saturday and I had booked the car at the last moment. Despite the fact that they had already run out of cars, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Special shoutout to Kush for stepping in and resolving everything quickly for us—really appreciate the effort and professionalism!

The process was so smooth with a great deal.
I rent cars often and while staff was nice and the car had no issues, I think renting from here is a logistical nightmare. The building isn't exactly where it says on maps, there was no staff at the desk and I had to go looking in the parkade. They forgot to give me the parking gate ticket so when I was leaving I couldn't get out. Had to go back to get the ticket and 3 cars had to reverse so I could do that.
