Si je pouvais leur donner aucune étoile je le ferais. J'ai eu droit à une voiture de location après un incident avec ma voiture. Lors du ramassage de la voiture, celle-ci n'était pas prête malgré le fait que j'aurais pu la ramasser la veille. Ensuite on m'a chargé des frais de 873,37$ pour une soit disant assurance alors que mes assurances couvraient la voiture de location et que ceux-ci aient avisés Enterprise que l'assurance supplémentaire n'était pas nécessaire. Pire service que j’ai eu de ma vie.. sans compter du personnel, encore pire je ne suis pas aller dans d’autre succursale mais celle là je déconseille fortement
Reserved; checked in; oh! No vehicle! Makes it damn hard to plan when a reservation can be made, checked in, and still meaningless!
