Stay away from this scam!! They did not follow Policy and refused to accept my debit card as payment, furthermore I made my reservation two months ago and the day before my reservation I was told they have NO VEHICLES!! All I'm understanding is that you can make reservations all you want, but at the end of the day you aren't guaranteed anything! No reliability, no trust or confidence.

Avoid this place at all costs! I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer since 2015, and I’ve never experienced such horrendous service. My experience here was so appalling that I felt compelled to call the head office to lodge a formal complaint—something I’ve never done with any company before. The director, Denis Provencher, demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge about basic policies and updates, and his behavior was both unprofessional and outright discriminatory.
