The wait to get our car was reasonable. The service was very friendly and detailed focused. The drop off was quick and painless. Unfortunately, the convertible Mustang we rented, for two weeks, had some technical issues and it doesn't feel luxurious. This was the first convertible we drove and we were surprised as how windy it is when the top is down. Even though we had the windows up the whole time. Otherwise, the convertible was a great way to enjoy the great scenery BC offers.
TL;DR: Outstanding customer service from Hale( I hope I remember correct) and the entire team. They made the rental process easy and stress-free. Had a rental car for a few days while my car was at the body repair shop. Every employee I dealt with at this location was very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service!
Terrible communication and customer service. I called ahead specifically to ask if I could get a discount or a day off if I returned my car early and was told I would only to have the same person tell me in person that I’m already getting a discount and they won’t actually give me an extra day off and that she thought I was asking to return it late which I never said? Incredibly shady and weird practices
Deepanshu and Mitch provided excellent customer service after I had an issue with reservations confirming a vehicle that they didn’t have at the location. I’m having to go through ICBC so they did everything they could to ensure I shouldn’t have any issue going forward. Much appreciated, can’t recommend them enough!
