Rented 2 cars on this trip to Vancouver and both times the service was amazing. Fast and friendly. Car was clean and the employees helped point out the scratches.

The car was great — clean, smooth, and exactly what I expected. But the service experience didn’t meet the standard I associated with Enterprise. I booked using points and wanted to extend the rental using points as well. The branch told me they couldn’t do it and directed me to phone support. I booked a Premium category car, but the Chrysler 300 I was given was in poor condition, with the exterior full of scratches and dents that gave it a very worn appearance. The amount of damage was so extensive that it was very difficult to know if any new scratches appeared during the rental. At pickup, I was offered two much newer BMWs in perfect condition, but only with an extra daily charge of $20–35.
