Nice staff could be a little faster
I was provided a vehicle by enterprise through ICBC while my car was being repaired. They met me at the body shop. Pick up was easy. While on the way home, I discovered an issue with the car. I called and they offered to bring a replacement to my house. I ended up going to enterprise because it worked better for both of us. When the replacement vehicle felt too big for me to drive comfortably, they readily accommodated me by giving me a smaller vehicle instead.
