Superb operation,
I had one day off and made a reservation with Enterprise thinking I could rely on them. I traveled over an hour in the morning just to pick up the rental car I booked in advance. When I got there, I was shocked to find out they had no cars available. What is the point of making a reservation if they can’t honor it? Their customer service was completely unhelpful and indifferent.
