We had confirmation that we could drop off the car after driving it across the country. We tried to drop it off and the manager told us no. He even said we’d be liable for damage since we pulled it into the parking garage (there was no damage). He sent us to another place and they also wouldn’t take the car. The managers name is Andrew and he was almost hostile. It was very rude. They closed and now we are stuck with the car and don’t know what to do.

Filthy car upon pick up, smelled of cigarettes, dried mysterious liquid and debris on the seats. Dented and scratched all over. Additionally, we had to return the car at 3pm rather than 12pm as it originally said in the contract. The employee over the phone said "that's fine, anything after 3pm will be an additional charge". But then our bill was $160 extra(!) as we were instead billed for every hour after 12pm. When I called, I was told there was nothing they can do despite us having been told conflicting information.
