I recently rented a car and had an outstanding experience! Andrew the branch manager, and all other staff members were incredibly helpful and kind, making the process smooth and stress free. I truly appreciate their friendly attitude and professional service.
Kim was amazing today! My daughter was returning a rental car and got stuck in the elevator of the Enterprise building. Kim was super helpful in helping get her out. Thank you, Kim!!!!
Staff was friendly , however their hands were tied. My vehicle was filthy, and developed a concerning warning light. Customer service national number told me to go to the nearest location to swap out the vehicle . When I arrived I was told no vehicles were available and I should just drive it . Making for a nerve wracking experience wondering if at any time I could be stranded on the side of the road in unfamiliar territory on a weekend when a replacement vehicle would not be available for the rest of my journey. It was horrible situation without a car anywhere but the gentleman on site, Andrew, was proactive, communicated, and got car for us ASAP despite the long line and frustrations.
