I’ve rented from Enterprise many times and have left excellent reviews for other locations, but this visit was disappointing. Even though I had checked in online more than 24 hours in advance, when I arrived for my reservation there was no car ready. I was told they had to send someone to Greenpoint to bring one over. What was supposed to be a short 10–20 minute wait ended up taking an hour. When I got the car, the cigarette smell was overwhelming. I went back inside, and the staff member who inspected it agreed.
