The experience was great from start to finish. Becca was the person who helped us and she was awesome.
If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I have rented from this location twice, and both times my vehicle wasn't ready, even after making a reservation. The first time, my vehicle caught a flat on a long road trip with my family due to a bad tire. What's even worse is the vehicle did not have a spare! The employee begged us not to call corporate and refunded us one day of our reservation. This morning I arrived to pick up my vehicle to travel out of town and was told that my vehicle wasn't ready!
