Friendly professional service from pick up to drop off.
Absolutely disappointed to find out I was scammed into purchasing additional insurance when it was never needed after I had to rent a car after being rear ended at a red light. I come to find out I was charged $380.00 additional insurance for my 15-day car rental while my car was being repaired. Enterprise never needed to sell me additional insurance since I had insurance through my car insurance company. I will never rent from this sneaky company again. Renters BEWARE. I am so disgusted by the backhanded approach.
