I recently rented a car from your location and had a disappointing experience. I was given a different vehicle than the one I booked, which I was told is normal, so I accepted it. However, the car was not properly cleaned — there was visible dog hair and wet floor mats. No one explained the car’s features or condition before handing me the keys.
