They dropped my car to my house. I called the day befor I had to return to extend my rental and they did with no issues at all. Highly recommend 👌
I rented a car from Enterprise when my car was being repaired after a collision. The car provided was a compact car from Quebec and it was very dirty. I spent two hours to clean the vehicle so I could take it home. During the two days I had the car there were warning lights flashing and an oil change needed light. There was also a vibration which made me feel that a wheel was out of balance. Thankfully the car managed to hold it together for the two day rental.
Considering this is a small location with little inventory focused more on servicing the community, these guys are doing it right. My 2 vehicles were broken in to Canada Day long weekend. After hours on the phone with insurance, as well as dealing with OPP, I then had to find 2 vehicles on a long weekend. I called a dozen different stores, including this one. Picked up my rental car from this location. The car provided was dirty both inside and outside. The car had a lot of scratches and damages. Couldn’t even offer to provide another car. The only reason I have to rent with them is because my company has an agreement to rent with enterprise.
