This location needs a new lesson in customer service. I had a flat tire and roadside assistance was great. Told to go to location to flip out car as it now had a donut. Got there and lady outside says "no problem we have this suv and that suv and even a wagoner" (I was driving a brand new traverse). I was told to go inside and flip it out. Once inside EVERYTHING changed once they realized I was driving back to Atlanta ..... then all of a suddden they had "no SUVs available "........they just did not want to have one of there... read more
Friendly and fast service
Panama City location super easy to pick-up and return. Listening to others in my party who rented from competitors, customer service on return was great. Used them in the past and this was the best.
Taja was absolutely a breath of fresh air after a day of traveling. She got us checked in and gave us the best vehicle of our requested class. We had a small issue with the payment but she got that taken care of with no problems! And she even got our names correct on the first try! We highly recommend for amazing and helpful service. Thank you for being customer service oriented and professional! You are so appreciated!
