The employees were great and the entire rental process was easy.
Exceptional customer service my foot. I was directed to this location for a vehicle switch , they refused to answer the phone. I then had to waste time to drive to them and when we get there. They don't have a vehicle to switch us to. The rep and the management team absolutely horrible.
