Flew into ECP rather late and was tired from a long day of traveling. The representative, Kat, was very friendly and assisted in making sure we had the correct vehicle to accommodate our son’s wheelchair!
Removed my previous review for the seemingly good service I received. I have been calling this location for DAYS because they are continuing to charge me for a rental that has already been returned. Taja, the Assistant Branch Manager, has not returned my emails and apparently doesn't talk to the Branch Manager, who helped handle my return. Where are the people who answer the phones?! This is ridiculous.
Very bad experience in this location.
