Guy at the counter was friendly, car was clean and exactly what we reserved.
Despite other bad reviews, we had a pleasant experience for our trip to Big Sur. I would like to highlight Dallas, the employee who handles all transactions in the front office. Very polite, knowledgeable, and quick! She was there for our pick-up/ return and did not disappoint. The car we had was a newer Hyundai Sonata and it was in great condition with low miles. It was clean and actually a pleasure to drive. Would come back to Enterprise to rent a car!
