Reserved a 1/2 to pickup truck over a month in advance, only needed it for a day but they're not open Sundays, went to get it Saturday and they didn't have any trucks. Gave me a Sante fe instead, Had to borrow another vehicle to get everyone and luggage to Toronto, Got charged 2 days for a 1/2 ton truck, customer service said they escalated it and hung up on me. The vehicle I ordered and needed was not available. They gave me a different truck instead that was terribly dirty. And smelled horribly of cigarette smoke.
They called us the day of rental pick up too tell us the car won’t be available to use .. the day we where picking up . We won’t be back!!!
