My boyfriend and I rented a car and was told that the vehicle we rented would be ready at noon. When we got there it was closed. How can you pick up at noon, but it closes at noon? We already paid for the rental online. We were forced to drive all the way to the downtown branch to get a car there. They shouldn’t ask people to pick up a car when they close. They don’t answer the phone for customers to work with me on ending my rental early made through the insurance company & waited in lobby 40 minutes for my rental to be “cleaned” at pickup appt. But my rental was sitting in front of me entire time not being cleaned. Had to leave to make it to another appt with uncleaned car.. 😑

I recently had to rent a vehicle due to my vehicle being hit. Everyone that I dealt with was great. Charlie picked me up from Caliber Collision, and he was great. Lela at the front desk had stellar customer service skills, and she was kind. Austin who showed me my rental was also awesome. He was professional and friendly. I didn’t want to return my 2025 Sonata! Someone even called to let me know that the vehicle was returned and that I’d be receiving my deposit back. Top notch service!

Maybe I’ll get the time to update with details later, but the tldr is this is the worst branch I’ve ever dealt with (traveling healthcare provider so I’ve worked with a lot) and the worst customer service experience I’ve had with any company. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else to go. You’ve been warned.
