My boyfriend and I rented a car and was told that the vehicle we rented would be ready at noon. When we got there it was closed. How can you pick up at noon, but it closes at noon? We already paid for the rental online. We were forced to drive all the way to the downtown branch to get a car there. They shouldn’t ask people to pick up a car when they close. Customer service is always nice
They don’t answer the phone for customers to work with me on ending my rental early made through the insurance company & waited in lobby 40 minutes for my rental to be “cleaned” at pickup appt. But my rental was sitting in front of me entire time not being cleaned. Had to leave to make it to another appt with uncleaned car.. 😑
