Worst customer service and lack of staffing for a business 🥺
Alicia was awesome and kind. She went out of her way to help us when they didn't have the SUV I reserved. It all worked out great and I will be back!! Thank you Bay City Enterprise for always renting nice and safe cars.
Ive rented here numerous times and here latley quite ofter because of my vehicle thats been in the shop for almost a year. Everytime they have come in clutch with a vehicle even when it was extremely hard to get a vehicle at the latter part of last year due to the hurricanes and vehicles getting moved to areas where there was hurricane damage. Everyone is always nice and patient. If they dont have what you need they'll really work hard on getting it. There my go to fpr vehicles and will continue to be.
