I had no problem with the employee at this store. She was kind and very helpful. That being said, corporate was not. When I first called the main enterprise number I had a lot of trouble with it. They said they made the reservation, but it never happened. I went in that morning expecting my car and she had no record of the reservation. She set me up a reservation same day. I had a reservation that I had placed over a month before my scheduled date and time that I needed. They did not make sure that I had a vehicle instead they told me I had to wait until somebody brought one back and then they would call me. Apparently at this location, reservations do not matter.
Worst customer service and lack of staffing for a business 🥺
