The pickup & drop off are so Convenient. The SUV was spotless and the tank was full. The staff on Pembina are amazing and so pleasant to work with. After several rentals - they are always my first choice!
Enterprise is my favourite in USA. In Canada in Winnipeg, it seems Enterprise are a bunch of independent un connected franchisees. The girls at the Pembina store were extremely understanding, welcoming, and made me happy. The billing procedure of their head office was cold, aloof, and prompt when billing.
I found myself in need of a rental, due to an MPI claim. When I booked the rental online I had my pick several vehicles, different sizes and types. However after booking online and arriving at the shop to pick up my vehicle, they only had one option. Which was not one of the vehicles I booked online. Okay, fine. Any vehicle is better than no vehicle. So I give them my MPI claim number and take the car. About a week later they call threatening to apply the full amount of the rental to my credit card.
