I have used the company many times. But after the last time it is worth thinking. The last time I used the services through MPI, I was given a car of the lowest class and the bill was 280 Canadian dollars for 7 days. In general use, the term increased by 5 days, which was 12 days, but the bill indicated 15 days and the amount increased to 840 for the lowest class car.
I've had to use this rental shop a few times for MPI claims. They have only put me in a comparable vehicle once. The front-end staff are rude and unapproachable. After reading over policies, it's fairly obvious they only want to rip you from your money. $12 a day for insurance from them? MPI offers it for $3 bucks a day. They should do better.
