Super easy last minute rental. As I did not know how long I was going to be in the area it was important (and it was easy) to extend rental the period. Excellent professional staff.

Not a great experience. I wouldn’t rent from the Portage or Waverley locations moving forward. I never really had any issues with the King Edward or Airport locations before. The vehicle was very dirty when I picked it up and there was also previous damage and many window chips. When I dropped it off, they called me to ask me why there was damage!? How would I know!? I did receive $70 off the rental for the inconvenience(s).

Each rental place is hit and miss. This particular location and staff I dealt with were superb and courteous. Relatively painless process online, and was driving within 10mins of walking in the door.
