Reserved a truck. Phoned the day before to make sure it's ready, oh yah they said. Get an email just before pick up. Needs tires, won't be available. The arrogance and incompetence is off the charts. Never rent from these clowns.
Exceptional experience getting a rental with Abdul. He was so friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend Abdul to friends and family. The process with Enterprise was great but it really was the above and beyond customer service from Abdul that made me come here to give 5 stars. Definitely someone to keep around.
