I had a great experience with these guys. We rented an F-150 (while ours was in the shop getting some warranty work/bulletins handled). I respected their rental (got way better mileage than the person before me; and kept it clean and rental ready for them), and they respected me in return. I would certainly use these guys again, good group of fellas running this location!
The Cochrane, Ab branch employee was very patient and accommodating to my needs. I rented a basic Toyota Camry which comfortably got me to my destination and back.
They matched me with a similar style/size vehicle to what I normally drive. Not only picked me up from the repair place, but let me leave the rental there when my car was ready.
Had to rent a vehicle unexpectedly due to a malfunction in ours during a road trip. Excellent service in arranging something spacious enough for us to continue on our trip and return on our way back home in a couple of days.
We gave ourselves 20-30 mins to return the rental car at the air and it was received, checked for dents and payment made within 3-4 mins!! Outstanding service at drop off, and the pick up was excellent too. The free upgrade from the requested compact car to a Mercedes was a bonus.
