Car was clean but the wait to get the car was disgustingly long. The return was smooth.
Terrible service! Waited over one hour to pick up reserved vehicle while 3 employees laughed and chatted in back office. Had people pass in front of us because they were pushy when bringing car back. They answered the phone before servicing customers waiting in line. Very frustrating experience!!
