Called this number and reached a call center that took 10 minutes to explain things I already knew and then said OH well, branch is fermée now..... -_-
Au départ notre location avait été réservée à Tracadie et nous avons été avisés le vendredi d'avant que ça ne serait pas possible. Nous avons dû nous-même faire les démarches pour trouver un autre véhicule qui était finalement à Bathurst. Le service à Bathurst était uniquement en anglais (dans un province officiellement bilingue) et de plus la route devant est était barrée pour des travaux et personne ne nous en avait avisé et nous avons perdu un temps fou à chercher comment accéder à la succursale.
