Easy and convenient pick up and drop off at Charlottetown airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also gave me a free upgrade, which I really appreciated.
Our experience at the Charlottetown PEI airport was outstanding. Great vehicles and wonderful, helpful staff.
"Ran out of cars" despite my having a confirmed reservation. Did not tell me this until I arrived at the airport, where there were no other car companies with availability (presumably they were actually meeting their reservations). I will note they did not completely abandon me, as they arranged to have another company pick me up, drive me to an offsite location, and provide me with a vehicle.
