Allen and Ari deserve a promotion. Couldn’t ask for better customer service! Everything went smoothly, the cars were clean and in great condition.
Rented here 3 times during our stay. Staff was great. Did reservations through Costco and very happy with everything. Staff is nice and not pushy at all.

Great experience at Enterprise at the Grand Wailea. Easy to reserve at the desk in the lobby, quick and easy pick up and quick and easy drop off at valet. Fantastic experience and would recommend them to anyone visiting the area. Mahalo!
Rented a car through this location while staying at the Grand Wailea. Desk representative was friendly and had me out the door in no time. Only reason im giving a 3 star is the condition of the rental. The car was filthy, both inside and out. The car was so dirty I had to wash off the side mirror and wipe down the doors. Disappointing.
