Great experience at Enterprise at the Grand Wailea. Easy to reserve at the desk in the lobby, quick and easy pick up and quick and easy drop off at valet. Fantastic experience and would recommend them to anyone visiting the area. Mahalo!
Rented a car through this location while staying at the Grand Wailea. Desk representative was friendly and had me out the door in no time. Only reason im giving a 3 star is the condition of the rental. The car was filthy, both inside and out. The car was so dirty I had to wash off the side mirror and wipe down the doors. Disappointing.
Very efficient process. Grand Wailea Hotel valet facilitates pick up and drop off. Will definitely use again while staying at Grand Wailea.
Recently rented from this enterprise location while staying at the Grand Wailea. The experience of renting was one of the best I've ever had. They have a desk in the lobby of the hotel that is centrally located and easy to access. They are quick to go through the paperwork, then you take the key to the valet desk and they go to retrieve your car. At the end of the rental, you return to the Valet and they take care of the rest.
