Quick, efficient service, staff were very nice. Car was clean and appreciated while my car was in for repairs.
We had made a reservation to pick up a vehicle for the weekend. Apparently making a reservation doesn’t mean they hold a car for you. Truly made our weekend a disaster. I wish they had been upfront with us so we could have made plans with a different company that instead of stringing us along.
