I have rented from this location and Enterprise in the past with no concerns, but unfortunately this rental experience from Enterprise was horrible. I placed reservations a few months in advanced and even called a few times to confirm reservations and vehicle type. Each time the location was friendly on the phone and accommodating. When I got to the location the day and time of my rental they told me they could not rent it to me because it needs an oil change. Fast, easy and hassle free. Austin got me a first class car with awesome sound system and navigation. The rest of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well. Just don't smoke in the car , clean it inside and out, fill the gas where you found it and your deposit goes right back on your card in a couple days.
I have been renting from Enterprise for many years. I rented a Pacifica last weekend. As always the folks at Orange were great to work with. The vehicle was new, luxurious, and very comfortable. Thanks, Enterprise!
