Called a week before my trip & booked a car no problem! Pick up was at 2:00, they called at 9:30 saying a car was ready for me to pick up if I wanted to come earlier & I showed up at 12:30 to see the car I reserved driving off the lot. They rented the car I booked out to someone else right in front of me! They didn’t offer a different car, I was just SOL. Crappy service. Will never go there again. What’s the point of calling & reserving a car when someone can just walk in & take the car you have reserved?
The people working at the Macomb, IL Enterprise are very nice and fast.
worst service... they confirm reservation without cars... it happened to me couple of times
