So disappointing from the pick-up to the rental car itself. The Enterprise pick-up arrived over an hour after the my scheduled time of pick up. Not to mention that the lady that arrived several minutes after and sat next to me, was picked-up and left in her Enterprise rental before me. Not to mention that I was expected to be at work. Online reservation, pickup, and drop off was smooth as silk. There is one reason for not giving 5 stars. I rented a hybrid Jeep. I asked if I needed any knowledge regarding the use of the battery since I had never driven a hybrid before. I was told that I don't have to plug in the vehicle since it was a hybrid. Well, the vehicle hardly ran in electric mode. The engine ran most of the time. My fuel mileage was 19.8 mpg (calculated, not by the dashboard reading), reinforcing the fact that the electric motors hardly operated. O... read more
