Just want to put a warning here for people. Take a video of the car you are renting. Take pictures of any damages… I did not but was lucky my man did! These guys try to blame me for a big ding on the front bumper. The girl just very good about repeating that any damage on the bumper or front doesn’t matter to them so I wasn’t vigilant. I can't figure out how to turn my car in. There is no one to speak to on the weekends.
We had a low air on one of the tires so we stopped at the closest location and they switched out the car. No problems
This review is based solely on the process for picking up a vehicle. They don’t keep the cars on site so they have to drive 12-15 minutes each way to pick up a vehicle for you….you end up waiting at LEAST 30 minutes not including paperwork and that’s if no one else is waiting also. This happened with a reservation and we were not given a heads up to plan for a long process (very late to work).
