I had an excellent experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 1997 Merivale Rd, Nepean. Sean provided a great explanation of the entire process, making everything clear and easy from the start. Rick and Jessica delivered phenomenal customer service, both were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. This team truly goes above and beyond. Rented a truck here for a few days. I am a very tall and big guy, finding a car that fits can be an issue. The staff here couldn't have been more accommodating. We had to try many vehicles before they found one that worked. They were great, will rent again here for sure !
We had to rent a car for 1.5 months, when we were pleasantly teamed up with Sharma at Enterprise he was quick to try to resolve our issues/concerns when we had them, and get us in a car we felt comfortable with. Throughout the entire time he was available to us and got back to us quickly - he got us in a different car when necessary.
