Awesome service
I had a couple days off work, rented an SUV, visited family and friends and then had the SUV for 2 days when returning to work. It was great to be able to get out, go For a drive, hang out with friends and more. From the start, the team at Enterprise on Merivale treated me (and treats me) with respect, kindness and compassion. Merivale location was quite helpful and pleasant to deal with. Maggie was a gem. However, I previously reserved a car (in Bells Corner, Ottawa) and 2 days before pickup they called and said they didn't have a car available for me and can't/won't help me find one at another location. I scrambled to find a replacement. I called several locations for 2 days straight an NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE, how am I supposed to secure a car if an online reservation is not dependable and there is nobody to speak with other than customer ser... read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would terrible customer service, terrible management and terrible communication throughout the entire process. I would recommend going to any other car rental service on Merivale aside from this enterprise. Worst experience, Especially in a time when I’m renting a car for a family emergency.
