The team at this location is the worst I’ve ever encountered. When I booked my rental the call centre agent took all the information for when and where I needed to be picked up. She wisely suggested that I call the morning of to remind them I needed to be picked up. When I called from the body shop they told me to have the body shop call them to request the pickup like somehow they body shop I was dropping my car off at was the customer. I always rent with Avis because they are great but I decided to give enterprise a try, very disappointing experience.5 mins before I was suppose to pick up my rental I was told there is an issue with the car I really wanted and they can offer me something diff (completely diff from what I requested). I was told I could return my rental at 3pm at check out and I returned it at 1:45pm instead and was charged an extra day even though I brought back the gas much more than they had and earlier than the time told. Great service!
You never get any cars here. And never hesitate to call you to confirm. You might just end up being at their location to return back to your home. I am not a Karen, but the service is just horrible…
